Marketing Built For Contractors & Builders.

You already do the work people pay for. We film it, turn it into content and ads, put it in front of homeowners in the towns you actually serve, and make sure the leads it brings in get followed up.

The problem

Good Work Isn’t The Same As Good Marketing.

A homeowner spending real money does not pick from a directory. They look you up, check whether the work looks like theirs, and check whether anyone else trusted you. Content is the part of that they can find on their own at 11pm.

Great work, weak online presence

The jobs are better than the feed. Homeowners judge you on what they can find, and right now that’s a few phone photos and a post from last spring.

Content that comes and goes

A burst of posts when it’s slow, then nothing once the crews are busy. Quiet feeds read as quiet businesses.

Leaning on referrals

Referrals are great until they slow down. When every job comes from word of mouth, every quiet month is a coin flip.

Finished jobs that sell nothing

Every completed project is proof. Without a system to capture it, that proof leaves the day the crew packs up.

Ads without strong creative

Boosted posts and stock images get scrolled past. An ad is only as strong as the footage behind it.

Leads that go cold

An estimate request that sits for two days is a job someone else gets. Slow follow-up costs more than bad marketing.

How No Chance helps

Your Work Becomes The Marketing.

Every job you finish is marketing you’ve already paid for. We turn the work your crews are doing anyway into the content, ads and follow-up that bring in the next one.

  1. 01

    Capture

We film your active jobs (crew, process, details, reveal) on a schedule built around your job calendar.

  2. 02

    Create

The footage becomes short-form videos, project showcases, before-and-afters and photos for your site.

  3. 03

    Advertise

Campaigns aimed at homeowners in the towns you serve, built on your real work instead of stock.

  4. 04

    Capture Leads

Landing pages and forms built for the service you’re advertising, so the click becomes an estimate request.

  5. 05

    Follow Up

Fast replies, reminders and estimate follow-up, so a request doesn’t sit until it goes cold.

  6. 06

    Optimize

Monthly reporting on what brought in real enquiries, then more budget behind what works.

Who we work with

Same System.
Your Corner Of It.

The machine stays the same. What we film, who we target and what we say changes with the business.

General Contracting & Remodeling

Be the builder homeowners have already seen working before they ever call for an estimate.

  • Full builds shot start to finish, so the scale of what you do is obvious
  • Before-and-afters framed on the rooms people actually pay to change
  • Owner-to-camera pieces on the parts of a build people are afraid of
How this buyer decides

A homeowner spending six figures does not pick from a directory. They look you up, they check whether the work looks like theirs, and they check whether anyone else trusted you.

Roofing & Siding

Get in front of the roof that is already failing, in the ZIP codes you actually drive to.

  • Tear-off and install footage that shows what a real deck looks like underneath
  • Storm-response content published while the demand is live
  • Drone and ground stills of finished roofs by neighborhood
How this buyer decides

Roofing is bought under pressure: a leak, a storm, an insurance deadline. Speed and visible proof win. If you are the name they already recognize when the ceiling stains, the estimate is a formality.

Landscaping & Lawn Care

Fill the route with the properties you want, and sell design-build instead of mowing.

  • Transformation sequences from bare yard to planted and lit
  • Design-build reveals that sell the whole project, not the visit
  • Seasonal offers timed to spring cleanup and fall install
How this buyer decides

Landscaping sells on the finished picture. Nobody reads a bullet list about plantings. They see a yard that looks like what they wish theirs looked like, then check whether you work near them.

Masonry, Hardscaping & Concrete

Charge for craftsmanship by showing craftsmanship close up.

  • Macro detail on cuts, joints and coursing
  • Patio, retaining wall and step builds documented in stages
  • Repair work that shows what failed and why
How this buyer decides

Masonry is the clearest case there is for close-up video. The difference between good and bad work is visible in a two-second shot of a joint line, and almost impossible to argue in text.

Decks & Outdoor Living

Sell the finished evening on the deck, not a materials list.

  • Build sequences that show framing quality, not just the reveal
  • Golden-hour finished shots with the lighting on
  • Material comparisons that justify your price honestly
How this buyer decides

This is a want, not a need, which means it is sold on image and momentum. The homeowner has to picture using it. Video does that; a quote sheet does not.

Asphalt & Paving

Own the driveway and lot work in your towns instead of bidding against whoever knocked first.

  • Full driveway pours cut to 30 seconds, start to finish
  • Commercial lot work that signals you handle scale
  • Straight talk on why the cheap quote fails in two winters
How this buyer decides

Paving is a considered purchase people put off for years, then decide in a week. It is also a category full of door-knockers, so a business that looks established and locally visible closes at a higher price.

Pools & Spas

Book next season’s builds during this season’s peak, while the want is strongest.

  • Full build timelapse from excavation to first swim
  • Renovation before-and-afters on tired older pools
  • Off-season content that keeps the pipeline warm for spring
How this buyer decides

Pool buying is emotional and seasonal, with a long gap between the decision and the dig. The businesses that win are the ones still visible during the months everyone else goes quiet.

HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical

Capture the emergency call and the planned install, not just whoever answers fastest.

  • Local Services Ads and the Google Guaranteed badge for emergency intent
  • Install walkthroughs that justify a system upgrade
  • Short explainers on the questions that come up on every quote
How this buyer decides

Two different buyers share one business: the panicked emergency, who searches, and the planned install, who researches. Search and Local Services Ads catch the first. Content and retargeting catch the second.

Restoration & Remediation

Be the first call at the worst moment, and the name adjusters already know.

  • Response and mitigation footage that proves capability, filmed with permission
  • Plain-language content on insurance and the claims process
  • Always-on search coverage rather than campaign bursts
How this buyer decides

Nobody shops around at 2am with water coming through a ceiling. This category is won on immediate search visibility, obvious legitimacy, and a phone that gets answered.

Do you film on our actual job sites?

Yes, that’s the point. Shoots are scheduled around your job calendar so the content shows the work homeowners are actually buying, not a stock version of it.

I don’t want to be on camera. Is that a problem?

No. Plenty of the strongest contractor content is the work itself. If you want to be on camera we’ll make it painless, but it isn’t required.

Can you market one specific service, like decks or roofing?

Yes. Campaigns and landing pages are built around the jobs you want more of, in the towns you want to work in.

Do you work with specialty trades?

Yes: roofing, siding, landscaping, hardscaping, paving, decks, pools, masonry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, remodeling and more. The system stays the same; the content and targeting change.

Can you guarantee a number of leads?

No. Results depend on your market, pricing, offer and how fast leads are followed up. What we commit to is the work, honest tracking and clear monthly reporting.
