About

You Work With
The Owner.

No Chance Marketing is a Long Island content and marketing company built for contractors, trades and local service businesses. Small on purpose.

Most agencies sell you a package and hand you off to whoever is free that week.

That is not what happens here. We take on a limited number of clients at a time, and every one of them gets shoot days with the owner — not a junior editor working from a template calendar. When you text about a job site, you’re texting the person who is going to show up and film it.

No Chance Marketing operates as a division of R3zolution Films LLC, and the roots are in film production rather than marketing theory. That is why the work looks the way it does: real cameras, real editing, real color grading, on job sites across Long Island.

We are built for the long haul. Our longest client relationship is going on four years, because monthly content only compounds if somebody actually keeps showing up. That is the whole job.

If you want a large agency with forty account managers, we are not it. If you want the person holding the camera to know your business by name, that is exactly what this is.

Who you’re hiring

The founder

“A referral happens once. A video keeps working long after you’ve posted it.”

Word of mouth is real and it is valuable, but it can’t be scheduled, and it goes quiet exactly when business does. The point of everything we build is a second engine that runs on your calendar instead of on luck.

Mir Sabiry

Founder, No Chance Marketing — a division of R3zolution Films LLC

Mir Sabiry started in film, not marketing. R3zolution Films LLC was a production company first — real cameras, real editing, real color work — and the marketing side grew out of one observation: the contractors he was filming for did excellent work, and almost nobody outside their referral network ever saw it.

No Chance Marketing is what that turned into. The bet is simple. A business doing genuinely good work loses to worse competitors for one reason, visibility, and the fix is showing up consistently with footage of the actual work — not a logo refresh and a hashtag strategy.

He still runs the shoot days himself. That is the constraint that keeps the client list short, and it is deliberate.

Why clients stay

Three Reasons
They Don’t Leave.

  • Built for this trade

We film job sites, not office parks. Every plan is built around how a homeowner actually finds, compares and hires a contractor.

  • Systems, not just posts

Client portal, automated invoicing and follow-up, e-signed agreements, pipeline tracking. We build the same back office we run ourselves.

  • Long-term by design

Four years with our longest client. We’re built for retainers that compound, not one-off shoots that go nowhere.

Businesses we build content for

  • Dynoflip Construction
  • Stasi Brothers
  • Sequoia Outdoor Living
  • The Deck Guy
  • Preferred Exterior
  • B4U Developers

Stop Being
The Second Call.

One call, 20–30 minutes. We look at your market, your competitors, and what you already have — then tell you straight whether we can move the number that matters.

No deck, no pressure. You leave with a plan whether you hire us or not.
